Partner with executives to develop an equity and compensation philosophy
Prepare monthly\\\\weekly financial reports
Participation in recruitment process: search and selection of potential candidates.
Maintaining internal database, interviews running.
Participation in employer branding activities.
Providing administrative support of HR processes.
Assistance in team building events.
Recruitment in accordance with procedures.
Managing employee relations function and ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Implementing motivation programs for the employees, social events, sports events etc.
Update key HR communication tools.
Implementing and developing new projects.
Languages: English, Spanish, French, Ukranian and Russian.
