Candidates who applied to the clients outside of the platform in the previous six months belong to that clients. It should be proven by screenshots and in that case, if the clients hires the candidate, the clients will not pay a fee.
Weelwork Replica Control System (RSC) blocks duplicate submissions. But in an extremely rare situation, if the system fails to block a duplicate submission, that recruiter will receive a fee, who first submitted the candidate, as determined by the time and date of the submissions.
