The platform is open for any recruiter who wants or continues their freelance work. All new recruiters are checked and approved by a member of the Weelwork platform team to ensure that there is not a fake or duplicate account.

Candidates are kept confidential. Neither any other recruiters nor clientss will not see your candidates in your database. Only if recruiters themselves choose to send candidate information to a clients this information be shared with that clients.

Loading the candidate’s database on the platform allows you to automate the process of counting the number of your candidates by stack and city, while our recruitment tools will allow you to work with your candidates more conveniently and comfortably. Also, the existence of a candidates’ database affects your rating and makes it easier for the clients to understand your efficiency and the possibility of closing a particular vacancy.
